How to Configure Billing Frequencies in ChargeBee

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to configure the required billing frequencies in ChargeBee.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Settings:

   • From the main menu on the left side, click on Settings.

   • Select Configure ChargeBee from the drop-down menu.

2. Navigate to Product Catalog:

   • From the Billing section, click on Product Catalog.

3. Select Billing Frequencies:

   • All billing frequencies are selected by default.

   • Select your preferred billing frequencies to create plans and add-ons accordingly.

4. Manage Billing Options:

   • Click on Manage.

   • In the pop-up, options include Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.

   • Enable or disable the checkboxes based on your requirement.

   • Additionally, define custom frequencies, such as quarterly or biannually.

5. Save Changes:

   • After making the required changes, click the Proceed button to continue with the setup.

   • To save the changes, click the Apply button.

Based on the configured billing frequencies, you can now create and manage your products from the ChargeBee product catalog.
