Creating a master template ensures that your branding remains consistent across all your emails. Follow these steps to customize the master email template in ChargeBee settings.
From your ChargeBee dashboard, go to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Under Settings, select Configure ChargeBee and scroll down to Email Notifications.
In the Email Configuration page, click on Customize Master Template.
This is the "from" email address your customers will see.
Choose a verified sender address or add a new one that best reflects your brand.
Define who else should receive a copy of your emails.
This is useful for internal tracking or keeping your team in the loop.
This prefix will be added at the beginning of every email subject line.
This section appears at the top of every email.
You can add your company logo, custom greetings, or any standard messaging you'd like to include.
Here's the sample content of the email.
You can edit this content by navigating to the specific notification.
This section typically includes notes, links to your website or self-service portal, and social media links.
Keep in mind that you have the option to customize these details for each individual email notification.
Once you're done customizing, click Publish.
You can send a test email to check how the email will look on the other end.
And that's it! You've successfully customized the Master Template in ChargeBee.
