  • Under Settings, select Configure ChargeBee and scroll down to Email Notifications.

Step 2: Customize Master Template

  • In the Email Configuration page, click on Customize Master Template.

  • This is the "from" email address your customers will see.

  • Choose a verified sender address or add a new one that best reflects your brand.

CC/BCC Settings

  • Define who else should receive a copy of your emails.

  • This is useful for internal tracking or keeping your team in the loop.

Update the Subject Prefix

  • This prefix will be added at the beginning of every email subject line.

  • This section appears at the top of every email.

  • You can add your company logo, custom greetings, or any standard messaging you'd like to include.

Edit Sample Content

  • Here's the sample content of the email.

  • You can edit this content by navigating to the specific notification.

  • This section typically includes notes, links to your website or self-service portal, and social media links.

  • Keep in mind that you have the option to customize these details for each individual email notification.

Step 3: Publish and Test

  • Once you're done customizing, click Publish.

  • You can send a test email to check how the email will look on the other end.
