How to Configure Your Organization Address and Time Zone in Chargebee

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to configure your address and time zone in Chargebee.

Step 1: Access Settings

• From the left main menu, click on Settings.

• From the drop-down, select Configure Chargebee.

Step 2: Configure Business Profile

• Navigate to the Billing section and click on Business Profile.

• This is where you can configure your organization's address and your preferred time zone.

Step 3: Update Address

• Click on Update Address to add your address information.

• Enter your organization's name and registered address, along with other information like email, phone number, and website link.

• Once done, hit Save to apply the changes.

Step 4: Configure Time Zone

• To configure your preferred time zone, click on Change Time Zone.

• In the modal, click on the drop-down menu.

• You can use the search option and select the required time zone.

• Click Confirm to save the changes.
