Understanding Invoices in ChargeBee

An invoice is issued by the business to its customer, detailing the services and products sold to them. An invoice is generated each time:

• A new subscription is created
• An existing subscription is updated
• A subscription is billed for future renewals
• Unbilled charges are invoiced

Accessing Invoices

To access the invoices, navigate to the Invoices and Credit Notes tab and click on Invoices. The Invoices tab lists all the invoices that have been generated, along with their details and status.

Managing Invoices

You can select multiple invoices to perform bulk operations such as delete, void, and more. Additionally, you can sort the invoice list and customize columns to display the details you want to see.

Billing and Time Zone

ChargeBee bills your customers on the same day the subscription becomes active. These invoices will follow the time zone of the ChargeBee site.
