1. Access the Product Catalog: Navigate to the Product Catalog section in your Chargebee site.
2. Select Product Families: Click on the 'Product Families' option.
3. Create a New Product Family:
   • Click on the 'Create Product Family' button.
   • Enter the product family name and description.
   • Modify the product family ID if necessary.
   • Click the 'Create' button to finalize the creation.
4. Associate Plans and Add-ons: Once all product families are created, associate the relevant plans and add-ons with their respective product families.
5. Edit or Delete Product Families:
   • To edit or delete a product family, click on the 'Options' icon next to the product family you wish to modify.
