Customizing Email Branding and Layouts with ChargeBee

Every email that your customer receives should look and feel like it's been sent by you. ChargeBee provides the option to customize the appearance of your emails. In this guide, we will walk through the steps to configure Brand Styles and customize email layouts.

Step 1: Log in to ChargeBee

1. Log in to your ChargeBee billing site.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Configure ChargeBee from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Configure Brand Styles

1. In the Configure ChargeBee section, click on Brand Styles.

2. On the Brand Styles page, configure your brand's logo, icon, and color.

3. Once done, click Apply to save the changes.

Step 3: Customize Email Layout

1. Click Customize Layout.

2. Choose a logo type to be displayed on your emails with the desired properties.

3. In the modal, select the logo size and logo alignment.

4. Once done, click Apply Changes to save your settings.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Template

1. Send a test mail by clicking on the Send Test Mail button.

2. Verify the email template to ensure everything looks as expected.
